Choosing the right water cooler can be a daunting task. So many options to choose from and terminology that might go right over your head is enough to make you tremble in your boots. Well, fear not, we are here to help you. Here is our advice to you.

Where Should I Put the Cooler?

So you have identified the need for a water cooler in your office. Now, where will you put it? You should ask yourself the following questions:

• Where is there adequate space?
• Is it in close proximity to those who will be using it?
• Will it cause any obstructions?

The usual places for the majority of our customers are in lobbies or waiting rooms, staff rooms, break rooms, warehouses and kitchens.

Bottled or Plumbed

This is dependent on the answers to the above questions. A bottled cooler is much more versatile and can be repositioned with ease. Plumbed water coolers need to be close to water mains, this limits them to specific areas around the office. Usually, we would recommend installing a plumbed in cooler to your office kitchen, if the area you have identified is far from water mains, you’d want to set up a bottled water cooler.
