This is a fully inclusive one year contract which includes two six monthly visits to clean and sanitise the watercooler. In addition, routine maintenance work is performed and breakdowns will be repaired without charge on the customer site with the exception of spare parts needed outside the guarantee period.

If the breakdown requires removal of the machine to the company workshop, a free cooler will be provided for the duration of the repair work.
