Product Rental Information / Agreement

The rental prices shown cover rental for the first quarter (the first 12 months for boilers) and are based on a 36 month contract, or a 12 month contract for bottle coolers or boilers. Shorter length contracts have different prices – please contact us for details.

Rental is payable quarterly in advance against invoice and customers will be required to sign a rental contract and supply bank details to cover future payments by direct debit three months in advance.

Mains Connected and Undersink Chillers rental prices include delivery and installation, sanitisation, filter changes and maintenance. Installation assumes that the water supply and electricity is available within 3 metres, otherwise additional charges may apply.
Drinking fountain rental prices include delivery, maintenance and sanitisation. Installation is subject to site survey.
Bottle Cooler rental prices include delivery, maintenance and sanitisation.
Boilers – rental price includes maintenance, servicing and installation.
