Drinking Fountains Indoor Wall Mounted
Users who have decided to install a drinking fountain often find that a wall mounted version is the most suitable. These are available in refrigerated types such as the SWJ261 or non-refrigerated such as the 43P.
By mounting the fountain on a wall the user can hide the water supply pipe and the drain pipe which will go directly from the fountain into the wall to which it is attached. This is often easier than a free standing fountain which will require pipe work to travel through the floor. A wall mounting can also be very strong so that there is no risk of the fountain being tipped over or knocked out of position with potential flood risk from damaged pipes.
Wall mounted fountains are normally fitted with a push button bubbler valve but can also be fitted with a glass filler which can be made from heavy duty steel. These can provide a high flow rate so that users are able to fill sports bottles rapidly.
They can be supplied with different cooling capacities ranging from 20 to 100+ litres per hour. The W144 non refrigerated fountain fitted with a bubbler valve and a heavy duty glass filler has been particularly popular in schools because it is a modestly priced fountain which is very robust and meets all the hydration needs of a typical school.
